An intricately carved panel in rich dark wood. The carving predominantly features primrose flowers, and in the corners are thistles, leeks, roses and shamrocks. A bee appears at the bottom length of the panel, with the words 'be busy as a bee'. Some leaves are alongside the words 'Peace With Honour. The centre features a crowned primrose symbol with the words 'Ye Primrose League', and a circle reading 'Imperium Et Libertas', with 'RDC 1888' inside. There is a stylised letter which looks like a conjoined 'P' and 'L' near the centre.
