2007-2007 | WOA S529
Bronze portrait bust of John Major as a middle-aged man who is gazing ahead, directly at the viewer. He wears thin glasses, has short hair on the sides and long hair on top that is parted to his left, revealing a slight receding hairline. His lips are pinched together, accentuating his chin and philtrum groove. He wears a tie, shirt and suit jacket and the artist has chosen to cut off his arms, so that the lower part of the bust is 'V' shaped, following the lines of his suit jacket. The bust is placed on a white stone plinth with the name John Major carved in the middle.
