Pale white-pink ceramic sculpture of the bust of William Cobbett. He is a middle-aged white man, clean shaven, looking straight forward with his brow furrowed and his mouth slightly open. He wears a jacket, waistcoat, and stock tie tied in a bow. The jack is wide open and the waistcoat is partially unbuttoned. The bust ends mid-torso just above the elbows and does not stand on a base. It is set against a plain black background.
