Bronze-coloured fibreglass bust of Sir William Randal Cremer. He has a bushy moustache and looks slightly to his left with a neutral expression. He wears a three piece suit and bow tie. Under the bust, in front of the bronze-coloured base, is a branch with leaves and berries on it. Under the branch is a medal in the shape of a star. The sculpture stands on a stone plinth in front of plain pale stonework.
