Colour painting of the right hand section of a larger artwork. In the centre is painted the words 'Saint George for England' in black on a gold back. On one side is a thorny stem of three red roses and a red heraldic shield with three gold lions on it. On the other side is a white heraldic shield with a red cross across it, St George's Cross. These are all bordered by two thick red lines, in between which is an incomplete green, cream, and orange floral and foliage motif. The background of the image is a light cream canvas colour.
