Colour painting of the top section of a large arch. Two red lines form the arch, inside of which is an incomplete floral and leaf pattern. The interior of the arch is filled with branches of oak leaves. Rising from the bottom of the painting is a red pole with the flag of St George, white with a red cross, attached. The background of the image is a light cream canvas colour.
