Colour painting of the right hand section of a larger artwork. In the centre is painted the words 'Saint David for Wales' in black on a gold back. On one side is a vertical leek and a heraldic shield with four red and gold lions on it. On the other side is a heraldic shield with three red lions on it. These are all bordered by two thick red lines, in between which is an incomplete blue and orange shell motif. The background of the image is a light cream canvas colour.
