- Speaker's chair, black bean wood frame, green leather upholstery, carved canopy frame with the Royal coat of arms, carved back panel with the sceptre surmounted by a dove and the mace on a background of intertwined cords and oak leaves with acorns, embroidered textile with Portcullis symbol in the centre, upholstered seat has winged sides, carved armrests with pierced side panels, 'The gift of Australia' carved into back in gothic lettering
