Wooden chair with four legs. The legs are in a cross shape on each side, and there are three stretchers across supporting the legs. The juncture of the stretchers are carved with Tudor roses, and there is elaborate carving all over the legs and sides of the chair. The square seat and rectangular back are red leather which carries round and is nailed attached with brass nails at the top and bottom. The rectangular leather back is stamped with five Tudor roses. The top sides of the chair are topped with a carved lions head. The lions have open mouths, bulging eyes, long beard and large ears, The chair is topped with a triangular headrest which is carved with the portcullis of Parliament.
