Description: Plaster panel with moulded detail of a heraldic beast sitting on its hind legs, gorged with a coronet and chain, and holding a spear that has a banner attached to it. The beast sits on a bed of foliage. The reverse of the object reads 'Panel over lobby from Peers Lobby Corridor, Going East, Half Full Size'.
